1 DAY CAMP - THE MIND & BODY ARE ONE Pick up Positive tools you can apply anytime! Be prepared to have lots of fun through games, exercises, quizzes, songs and laughter! In this fun and interactive 4 hr session, children will pick up the following tools that they can apply anytime to empower their daily lives.

Approaches incorporate Neuro - Linguistic Programming (NLP) in its simplest form, Yoga for Kids, Rhythm and movement, vocal and breath control as well as anxiety management techniques. NLP describes the fundamental dynamics between the mind (neuro) and language (linguistic) and how their interplay (programming) affects our behaviour. By restructuring neuro – linguistic programs, we transform the way we act and therefore our results. NLP could be the most vital synthesis of knowledge about human communication since the sixties ~ Science Digest It is never too early to begin something that is enjoyable and exciting, and children can begin practicing yoga at any age. Yoga is a wonderful, gentle way for a child to begin building a lifelong foundation for wellbeing. Yoga helps children increase concentration, attention, strength, coordination, flexibility and muscle control Just as music can evoke emotional responses, it can also release emotions. Mind – Mapping is a technique which was originated by Tony Buzan as a way of helping people to learn more effectively. Please wear loose comfortable clothing.
